Draft. This page is a draft under review and may change before it takes effect. Questions in the meantime: [email protected].
How credits work
- One credit is one US dollar. Work is charged at what it costs us to run (the AI model use and computing each step takes), with no markup.
- Before a job starts you see what it will use, in credits and hours, for example "about 340 to 400 credits". The estimate includes one round of changes.
- We suggest a top-up of about three times the expected use (1,000 credits in that example), so the job can't run short. You can choose another amount; if it is less than the job is expected to use, the work stops when the credits run out and carries on when you add more.
- You buy credits in packs through Stripe Checkout, and the price is shown before you pay.
- Credits are used as the agent works, and every charge is listed in your account's ledger. When the balance reaches zero, work stops and waits until you add credits.
Unused credits
- They stay. Credits a job doesn't use remain in your account for your next project. They don't expire while your account is open.
- Free starting credits and promotional credits have no cash value.
Open point, to be decided before this page takes effect: whether unused purchased credits can be refunded, and if so within what time and how.
Credits already used
Credits already used for work aren't given back, with two exceptions:
- Our failure. If work fails because of a problem on our side (an outage, a platform bug), we put the credits it used back in your account.
- Not what you asked for. If a delivered model doesn't match the scope you set before starting (the files, level of detail or area), tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we put the credits the job used back in your account.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account's email address, with the project's name if it's about a job. We reply within two business days. If something looks wrong with a charge, please write to us before disputing it with your card issuer: it's faster for you.
